We are Leanne and Amy Alaman and we offer our Somatic Liberation Practice Space where you can harness your creative power to unlearn internalized oppression as a path to liberation. This trauma-informed, anti-oppression-powered practice space retrains your nervous system to act in alignment with your values rather than your fear. The safety of playing in our low-risk practice space enables you to build muscle memory for radical self-acceptance and radical permission so you can act in alignment with your highest truth in all areas of your life, even the ones where you have given up hope. Amy is the founder of Sacred Paintbrush Arts, is a Master Facilitator of intuitive painting, a creative healer, and whimsy chaser. She mentors women recovering from addictions and other self-destructive behaviors, and leads intuitive painting workshops to help others reconnect with their often traumatized and abandoned creative selves. Amy is bridging the wellness gap by bringing the healing of the intuitive painting process to women of color and other underrepresented populations. She also sells wearable art jewelry and other goodies at her Sacred Adornment pop-up shops.

Leanne is an executive coach and the founder of Embodied Contribution Consulting. Leanne is committed to providing creative spaces for all people to heal from the trauma of racism and find peace, love, and compassion for themselves and others. Since childhood, she has used art as an outlet to release and transform painful emotions and trauma. Leanne has found deep racial healing through expressive arts and brings this healing into her work as an inclusive leadership coach and equity consultant.
